The moderator’s mother lost her fight to breast cancer over 30 years ago. The tools are so much better for early detection and a donation to this fund will most likely save someone’s life.
The Carrollton Rotary Club will “Rock the Pink” on Saturday, February 18, 2012 at the General Butler State Resort Park Convention Center. The charity ball will be raising funds to buy a digital mammogram machine for the Carroll County Memorial Hospital.
There will be an Art Auction between dinner and the dance to raise funds for a mammogram machine.
Social Hour begins at 6:30 PM, Dinner at 7:00 and Dance begins approximately at 8:30. Music will be by The Monarch’s.
Tickets are $125 per couple and $400 for a table of 8. Tickets can be found at Carroll County Memorial Hospital Gift Shop, Monk and Marsh Attorneys, Carroll County Chamber of Commerce, First National Bank, US Bank, United Citizens Bank and Carrollton Federal Bank.
